How a vibratory separator works？

The vibratory separator is equipped with a motor via a vee belt that allows the eccentric of the activator to initiate rotation at high speed. A lot of centrifugal force is generated by the eccentric block operation, simulating the separating screen to create a specific amplitude circle movement.

After receiving the impulse produced by the sieving box, the material placed on the tilted screen surface make a constant throwing movement. As the materials collide and sift, the smaller materials or particles than the screen hole gets selected to achieve the grading. As a result of the larger screening area, the vibratory separator produces high efficiency of the materials during the sieving process. In addition, the accurate gradation of material yields high-quality final product.

How to use the vibratory separator？

1. Prepare the mixture by ensuring that the finished parts are well mixed with the finishing media comprising of polishing compounds or abrasives.
2. Prepare the machine by ensuring that it is free and clean from any debris and adjust its settings, including the vibration intensity and screen angle based on the they type of media and parts being processed.
3. Pour the mixture of finishing compound, abrasive media and finished parts into the separator and switch it on to start the separation process.
4. Monitor the separation process until it is complete and collect the finished parts from the separator’s top for further use or processing.
5. Recycle the separated finishing compound and abrasive media for later use and clean and the separator for subsequent use.
