Grinding and Heating Vibratory Finishing Line

The grinding and heating vibratory finishing line, also called Mass Finishing and Heating Auto Line, is an automotive polishing and deburring machine that you can single-handedly operate without the need for hiring an extra pair of hand. Once the process of polishing and drying is complete, the vibratory dryer is fed with workpieces so that they can be dried up. At the vibratory finishing machine outlet, the parts can be cleaned further by installing supplementary rinsing equipment.

An integrated PLC system is used to control the rotary dryer heating time, loading time, temperature, and vibratory tumbling time.
